13th Study Trip to Sophorn Mart for 1st and 2nd Grade Students of American Intercon School, Takeo Campus

On January 21, 2025, the management of American Intercon School, Takeo Campus, took first and second grade students on their 13th field trip to Sorphorn Mart.

This field trip provided an opportunity for students to observe the people and the surrounding environment, and was also an opportunity for students to gain additional knowledge in addition to their classroom lessons, such as:

  1. To communicate with sellers, and buyers and strengthen friendships among their peers.
  2. To see real pictures and live situations that were explained in class and learn new vocabulary that has not been introduced.
  3. To recognize the signs and markings used in the mart and public.
  4. To study the names of fish, meat, fruits, and vegetables that are for sale in the mart and ways to store them in the right place according to their required environment.
  5. To be aware of vegetables and other foods that may contain harmful chemicals when purchasing.
  6. To carefully keep their belongings and their money in a safe place while traveling in public places.
  7. To encourage and teach the experience of leadership, team building, ownership, and communication with the public.
  8. To gain more information and fresh feelings while visiting there and back.
