The signing ceremony of the MoU was presided by Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mengly J. Quach Education together with the management team of Prasethpheap Finance represented by Mr. Davuth Khun, Acting Chief Financial Officer (COO) of Prasethpheap Finance Plc. The main purpose of the MoU signing ceremony is to make joint efforts towards improving the education sector and access to education in Cambodia.
Through the American Intercon School Tuition Loan Program, the goal is to reduce the financial burden on families by providing better manageable payment plans and ensuring that financial constraints are not constrained students’ learning. The initiative not only strengthens the American Intercon School's commitment to academic excellence, but also gives families the priority to invest in their children's futures.
Following the signing ceremony, a press conference was held to raise awareness of the benefits of the partnership and the ongoing process involved in providing tuition credit. Representatives of the American Intercon School reiterated the institution's commitment to providing full support to students and their families, with an emphasis on contributing to the development of education in Cambodia.
