On December 1st, 2022, American Intercon School, Takeo Campus, held a sermon program on "Gratitude to Parents and Teachers" for primary and secondary students. In this sermon program, the monks enlighten the students on moral education, psychoanalyze and emphasize the good worship of the parents who nurtured disciplined and gave support for their children to study, to better understand the value of education, as well as encouraging children to constantly keep up with their efforts and not to stray from the virtue of the daily life. After listening to the descriptive and well-spoken sermon, some of the students were emotionally calm, some sobbed as they realized the past mistakes they made to their parents and teachers, and are determined to change, listen and perceive good advice that will eventually lead to happiness and well-being.
